- The Construction Contracts Act 2013 does not apply to a contract only for work on a home that one of the parties lives in or intends to live in, when its floor area is 200 square metres or less.
- Revenue says a householder having an extension built is not a principal contractor for RCT, and deducts nothing. Paying subcontractors for that extension makes you a principal contractor.
