What an invoice in Ireland shows.
- The date it is issued, and a number in a sequence
- Your full name, address and VAT registration number
- Your customer’s full name and address
- What was supplied, how much of it, and the date it was supplied
- The price of each line before VAT, and any discount
- The VAT rate on each line, and the VAT at each rate
- Under the reverse charge, the sentence that says so and your customer’s VAT number, with no VAT charged
