- OFTEC’s guidance is to replace the fuel filter element at a service, and the nozzle and flexible fuel lines as required. The same guidance has the oil in the tank dip tested for water.
- Installing an oil central heating system is CIS work. Replacing, servicing or repairing the boiler alone is not, unless the contract also takes in other construction work (HMRC CISR14090).
