- In an existing home, a gas or oil boiler, radiators, pipe and controls fitted together are one supply at 20%. Thermostats or thermostatic radiator valves fitted on their own are 0% to 31 March 2027.
- A walk-in bath with a sealable door, or a shower with a built-in seat, supplied and fitted in the home of someone 60 or over is 5%. HMRC asks for their written declaration, kept apart from the quote.
