  • Your full name, address and VAT registration number
  • Your customer’s full name and address
  • What was supplied, how much of it, and the date it was supplied

For alarms and security.

  • An alarm or CCTV system supplied and fitted as a fixture is at 13.5%. The same equipment sold without fitting is at 23%.
  • PSA 74:2019 asks an installer to keep a record of every visit to a client’s premises for at least three years, with the service given and who gave it.

Sent from the office, paid online.

Invoices go out by email in your business’s name with the PDF. They are paid by card or bank transfer, and overdue ones are chased.
