Wasp nest treatment can be Billed at a Fixed price with its own lines. A wasp nest job opened without a quote carries that price.
Questions, answered.
- Can a restaurant chain get one statement for all its branches?
- Yes. One customer can hold a site for each branch, and Jobs here on a site lists every job at that branch. A customer that is On account is emailed one statement a month covering every branch, when it owes money or had an invoice or a payment in the month before. It lists each invoice and payment with a running balance.
- Can a facilities company’s order number go on every invoice?
- Yes. A job’s purchase order number prints on its invoice. Every repeat in a contract series carries the same number, so each routine visit’s invoice quotes it.
- Can it scan bait station barcodes or draw a site plan?
- No. There is no barcode scanning and no site plan. Add photos on the Edit site sheet takes a photograph of your paper plan, which stays with that address from one visit to the next.
- Can a customer book a wasp nest call-out online?
- No. Nobody books a visit themselves. An enquiry from the form on your own website lands under Enquiries with the customer’s name, address and what they need. Make a job turns it into a job in one press.
- Does it charge 20% VAT on pest control work?
- Yes. Once you are VAT registered, pest control is charged 20% by default. The treatment kinds of work have Construction work unticked, so they are never reverse charged, even for a Principal contractor. No reduced or zero rate covers pest control, in a home or a business, in any UK nation.
