A review asked for once in six months.

With Ask for a review after the work on, a customer who consented to marketing is emailed your review link the morning after an invoice is paid. A household cleaned every week is asked once in six months at most.

Key safe codes, masked on the job.

Each address can keep its Key safe code for the cleans where nobody is home. The job page shows it as dots until Show is pressed, and your accountant’s export leaves it out.

Nobody in, and the return booked.

When a clean ends as Nobody in at Leave site, the sheet starts with Waiting for set to Access to the site and Book the return ticked. The hours spent are added to the job only if somebody ticks them.

End of tenancy photos, in a report.

An end of tenancy clean’s photos can be filed on the visit as Before the work and After the work. Once Complete the job is pressed, the Job report PDF prints them in that order, with no prices.

Upholstery at 13.5%, soap at 23%.

Revenue rates carpet, curtain and upholstery cleaning at the reduced rate, the same as a routine clean. Soap or bin bags sold on their own to a householder can be a Separate, standard rate line.

Questions, answered.

Is an after builders clean under RCT?
It can be. Revenue treats cleaning as a construction operation only when it is part of an overall construction operation, such as the clean a building needs once it is built, altered or repaired. Routine cleaning is not, even of a builder’s own offices. The regular, office and end of tenancy cleans have Construction work unticked, so they are never reverse charged and no RCT is recorded on them.
Can it read a holiday let’s bookings to plan changeovers?
No. Nothing reads bookings from a letting site. Each changeover is booked as a job of its own. When the changeover clean is picked on the New job sheet, the visit is set to two and a half hours. That length can be changed.
Can a regular clean be charged by the hour?
Yes. A kind of work such as the regular clean can be Billed as Time and materials. A job of that kind is invoiced for the hours recorded on it, each at the rate that person is Charged out at on the day. Every repeat in a series keeps that basis.
What happens when a weekly clean falls on a bank holiday?
It is booked as usual. Up to the end of 2028, the job’s Repeats lists that date with the holiday’s name. The holidays are Ireland’s, St Brigid’s Day among them. A repeat on the person’s approved leave or on top of another booking is listed too. Nothing is refused. That one clean can be dragged to another day on the schedule. Change this and later moves that clean and every repeat after it.
Does it come with cleaning checklists?
No. There is no ready-made cleaning checklist. You build your own sheet from questions such as Choice, Text, Photo and Signature, for example a Choice for each room and a Photo of the oven once it is clean.
