Built around the work.

Every bait point on the contract visit.

A routine contract visit checks each bait point. On your sheet, a section asked As rows the engineer adds takes a row for each point, named by its number in the Add one box. Each row asks the section’s questions.

Your own treatment record.

A treatment record is a sheet you build: the product as Text, the amount as a Number, a proofing check as a Choice, and a Signature. Set on a kind of work, the record can hold up The invoice email until signed.

Follow-up visits on the same job.

When a visit ends as A return is needed at Leave site, ticking Book the return opens a booking for the next visit on the same job. A rodent treatment and its follow-ups stay one job.

Wasp nests at one fixed price.

Wasp nest treatment can be Billed at a Fixed price with its own lines. A wasp nest job opened without a quote carries that price.

Bait at 23%, a wall spray at 13.5%.

Revenue puts laying bait and traps at 23%. The rodent treatment kind of work has a Supply rate of 23%, so a VAT-registered firm bills it at 23% whole. Other Irish pest work is 13.5% by default.

Questions, answered.

Can a hotel group get one statement for all its hotels?
Yes. One customer can hold a site for each hotel, and Jobs here on a site lists every job at that hotel. A customer that is On account is emailed one statement a month covering every hotel, when it owes money or had an invoice or a payment in the month before. It lists each invoice and payment with a running balance.
Can a facilities company’s order number go on every invoice?
Yes. A job’s purchase order number prints on its invoice. Every repeat in a contract series carries the same number, so each routine visit’s invoice quotes it.
Can it scan bait station barcodes or draw a site plan?
No. There is no barcode scanning and no site plan. Add photos on the Edit site sheet takes a photograph of your paper plan, which stays with that address from one visit to the next.
Can a customer book a wasp nest call-out online?
No. Nobody books a visit themselves. An enquiry from the form on your own website lands under Enquiries with the customer’s name, address and what they need. Make a job turns it into a job in one press.
