Built around the work.

Cuts stopped and started with the season.

Booked with Repeat, a lawn’s cuts run to an Until date. Stop from here ends them early, and Start again books more on the same weekday, from the next date still to come.

Grass cutting’s share of the turnover.

Under Performance, By kind of work splits turnover between grass cutting, turfing, decking and the rest, and each row opens its invoices. Turnover by month charts each month.

Turf on a new build, at 0%.

Topsoil, grass seed and turf on the plot of a home still being built can be zero rated. Trees and shrubs can be too, but only where a landscaping scheme approved under a planning condition details them.

Questions, answered.

Does it move my cuts when rain is forecast?
No. Cuts move only when someone moves them. A rained-off cut dragged to a dry day on the Schedule moves alone, and the later cuts keep their own days.
Does it plan the order of a day’s cuts?
No. There is no route planning. Cuts sit on the Schedule at the times you give them. Directions on a job opens its address in a map.
Can every cut be charged the same price?
Yes. Where grass cutting is a Fixed price kind of work with its price as a line, every cut booked with Repeat bills that line. Each repeat on each cut’s job shows the figure before VAT. A hedge trim added to one cut’s job is billed on that cut alone.
