Your survey sheet, a row per opening.

Questions, answered.

Does a new pane of glass come under RCT?
Yes, for a principal contractor. Revenue’s RCT manual gives fitting a new pane of glass as its own example of repairing a window, and a repair is a construction operation.
Can one quote hold fitted and supply-only windows?
Yes. Windows and doors sold without fitting are at 23%. For a householder, each supply-only line can be Separate, standard rate on the same quote as the fitted ones.
Can it send orders to my fabricator?
Not into the fabricator’s own system. On the bigger plans, Raise an order on a job drafts an order. Once the order is placed, Send to supplier emails it as a PDF. On every plan, the fabricator’s bill can be photographed and entered, with each line against its job.
