Boiler servicing in Ireland
Each gas fire is kept at its address with its fuel and its flue: open, balanced, power or flueless.

Tick gas and all of this is ready.
Rename them or add your own in the office.
Sign off a sheet against the appliance and its next date moves on. Three weeks before it, your customer is emailed about that appliance.
Book someone onto this work with Book a visit, on the board or on the New job sheet, and it checks they hold it.
Filled in on the job before its invoice can be emailed.
Each appliance on the gas service record gets its own CO/CO₂ ratio. Above 0.0040 the ratio fails, a dangerous finding is filed at the address and every administrator is told.
The gas service record asks which meter took the readings, from your Test instruments. It keeps the date that meter’s calibration ran to on the day. The office is told thirty days before a calibration runs out.
By law, an RGI issues a completion certificate for all gas work. The office records its number on the job, issued on ECS or Paper. A paper one shows its green copy due until Posted is pressed.
A boiler records its fuel, whether it is combi, system or regular, and a room sealed or open flue. Its output in kW is kept with its make, model and serial.
Once your customers are on file, their boilers and gas fires import from a spreadsheet with the address, make, model, serial and next service date. A last service date will do, and the next is counted a year on.
