- I am an RGI as well. Can it take my gas work?
- Yes. A firm that picks gas as well as plumbing and heating at signup gets both packs. When gas work is booked with Book a visit, on the board or on the New job sheet, the person sent is checked for an RGI registration. A boiler service owes a gas service record before its invoice is emailed.
- Does it come with an unvented cylinder commissioning sheet?
- No. No commissioning sheet or statutory certificate is built in. You build your own sheets from Reading, Photo and Signature questions, and a section can be asked For each appliance.
- Can a call-out be charged as a fee plus the hours?
- Yes. A kind of work such as the plumbing call-out can be Billed as Time and materials, with the call-out charge as its own line. A job of that kind opened without a quote carries the charge. Its invoice adds the hours worked and the parts fitted.
