Built around the work.

Surveys on a sheet you build.

A Reading carries a Unit, so the depth of insulation found in the attic can be kept in millimetres. A Text question can record the wall type found, such as cavity, solid or timber frame.

Render, beads and fixings are goods too.

On an external wall, the two-thirds rule weighs the render, beads and fixings with the boards, not the insulation alone. Every Materials line on the quote is weighed.

Wall jobs, a visit for each day on site.

An external or internal wall that takes several days stays one job, with a visit for each day booked by Book a visit. Each photo is filed against one of the job’s visits, under the job’s Photographs.

Questions, answered.

Does it handle SEAI grant applications or claims?
No. Nothing is sent to SEAI, and there is no grant record on a job. The quote and the invoice carry the price you set, made out to the customer you name.
Can it keep each home’s BER?
Not as a built-in box. Your own fields in Settings can put a BER box On every site, as Text or One of a list of ratings. No rating is calculated.
Can it record asbestos found in the attic?
Yes, in the site’s Hazards box. The hazards show on every job at that address, beside the site’s access notes and key safe code.
Does it work out U-values or how much insulation to order?
No. There is no U-value, heat loss or quantity calculation. Insulation is priced as lines, each a Quantity at a Unit price, ex VAT.
